CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed (usually within 24 hours, including verification, assembling, and packaging), we cannot accept cancellations.
However, if your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel and issue a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@chokichoker.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

 

RETURNS

Please note that all purchases are final.
Chockychoker is a small jewelry studio — every piece is handcrafted in limited numbers and released in small drops. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Each necklace may show slight variations in texture, color, or detail. These are not flaws, but part of the individuality of a handmade piece.

We kindly ask you to review carefully before placing your order.

 

REFUND & REPLACEMENT

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@chokichoker.com with clear photos of the issue.
Approved cases will be eligible for a replacement or partial refund.

Please note:

  • Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, personal wear, or storage.
  • If a return is required, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs to our designated address.
